This Semester..

..has been CRAZY. Sometimes I wonder if it really even happened. I'm sure it probably did..

It's always fun to look back and see all of the things I've learned and accomplished this semester.

Let's see..
  • I feel more prepared to be a teacher than I did in August.
  • Time Management.
  • Continuing to learn about forgiveness and how I am not able to really forgive someone on my own.
  • Communication is a sweet but difficult thing to accomplish. I have a ways to go on this one still..
  • Abstract algebra is completely fake. (Eisenstein's reducibility test? Really?)
  • I'm not a very good cook.
  • I'm still awkward.
  • Real fellowship is one of the most valuable things ever. It stinks a lot to go without it..
  • I love going to church.
  • I stink at math and at teaching. Good thing I want to be a math teacher! At least I can always improve..right?
  • Things happen every day that are out of my control. Nothing is guaranteed.
  • Jesus is faithful. Always. Take it to the bank.
  • God's sovereignty..('tis so sweet to trust in Jesus!)
  • I love books. And bookstores.
  • College actually ends. Oh boy.
  • I do not like job interviews. Especially fake ones that I'm graded on.
  • Caffeine is so good.
  • Coffee is expensive. Rats.
  • Staying up all night talking is one of my favorite things to do. Ever.
  • SpEd 320, Math 416, Ed 443S, Phil 215, Math 476....
  • Swing dancing is super fun..even though I'm not very good.
  • Inside jokes. :)
  • Prayer is pretty phenomenal..in so many ways.
It's been a good semester. In a lot of ways I'm sad that it's over. I'm excited to student teach in the cities next semester, though. It will be crazy..but fun, too, hopefully.

Life.

I don't like transitions or unknown, so I guess I'm still kinda nervous about next semester and beyond. I just keep telling myself that a lot of other people have graduated from college and survived it just fine. I probably will too... :)

ha.

In conclusion, it's been a sweet semester. Glory be.
